I am a passionate, Licensed Functional Nutritionist and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who helps individuals break through health barriers and feel empowered in their bodies again. My approach blends science-based nutrition, mindful lifestyle coaching, and a deep respect for the healing power of food and connection.
With a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States—and a background as a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Nutritional Chef—I bring a well-rounded, personalized approach to every client I work with.
Over the years, I’ve helped people navigate a wide range of health challenges—from chronic disease and digestive issues to hormone imbalance and burnout. My work is rooted in functional medicine and guided by the belief that healing happens when we align care with each person’s unique goals, values, and life story.
Having faced my own health struggles, I understand firsthand what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body and unsure where to turn. That’s why I take a client-centered approach: I meet you where you are, listen deeply, and co-create a path forward that’s both practical and nourishing.
Whether we’re building a custom nutrition plan, designing meals that truly support your body, or working on mindset and lifestyle shifts, my goal is always the same: to help you feel at home in your body, energized in your daily life, and confident in your wellness journey.
Outside the Clinic
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me running, hiking, walking the beach, cooking something seasonal in the kitchen, moving through a yoga class, or connecting with the people I love.
